You're either a Hall-of-Famer or you're not. Once they're retired, their statistics do not change. Their contributions to the game may slightly change if they go into coaching or broadcasting. In this day in age, when Greg Maddux is eligible in a couple of years, how can any eligible HOF voter sit back and say, "Maddux? Cooperstown? I don't think so." He should be a 100 percent.
